1. Why do you have a strict ‘No Face Paint’ policy?
We have a strict no face paint policy because face paints can permanently stain our inflatables and soft play equipment, affecting their appearance and hygiene for future customers. To keep our inflatables clean and fresh, we kindly ask that no face paint is used at any event where our inflatables or soft play are hired unless you speak to us first.
2. Required Access for Inflatable Package Hire | Set Up | Pack Away
When booking an Inflatable Package, please consider the required setup time. For example, our Corporate Package (which includes our giant inflatable obstacle course + mega slide + large bouncy castle) requires a minimum of 90 minutes for setup.

For larger packages, extra time is needed for health & safety briefings and proper usage guidelines for your team supervisors.
3. Do you deliver to venues and halls?
Yes! We consistently deliver to venues and halls across Scarborough and North Yorkshire.
Delivery Details:
✅ We need 20 minutes before your event to set up.
✅ We also need 20 minutes after your event to pack away.
For indoor venues, we advise checking ceiling height restrictions before booking larger inflatables.
4. Do you deliver to homes?
Absolutely! We provide home delivery across Scarborough and surrounding areas.
Standard Hire Process:
🚚 Deliveries start from 7:00 AM to ensure all inflatables are ready before your event begins.
⏳ The maximum booking slot available on our website is 8 hours.
🔄 Multi-day hire is available upon request!
Overnight Hire:
Want to keep the fun going overnight? We offer overnight hire for an additional fee, ensuring your inflatable stays with you until the next morning.
For overnight hire or multi-day bookings, contact us directly!
5. What happens if the weather is bad?
Your safety is our top priority. If high winds or heavy rain are forecasted, we may need to cancel your booking for safety reasons.
✅ We will keep in touch with you beforehand to discuss options, including rescheduling or refunds.
Weather Safety Measures:
🌧️ Rain Covers: All our inflatables come with built-in rain covers to protect against light showers.
💨 Wind Safety: Inflatables must not be used in winds exceeding 24mph, following Health & Safety Executive (HSE) guidelines.
6. What should I do if my garden has obstructions?
To ensure a smooth setup, please make sure your garden or event space is clear of:
❌ Dog & cat waste
❌ Wheelie bins
❌ Swings, trampolines, or large toys
❌ Overhanging trees or branches
If the area is not clear upon arrival, we may not be able to proceed with the setup.
7. I am not sure if an inflatable will fit in my garden—what should I do?
📸 Take a photo of your garden from a distance, ensuring the full space is visible.

We cover Scarborough and nearby villages within a 20-mile radius.

10. Can inflatables be set up on hard-standing surfaces?
Yes, inflatables on tarmac and concrete can be set up provided we can drill and bolt them securely. (Added Charge For this)
⚠️ Please note: We cannot set up on block paving, slabs, tiles, or Astroturf as these surfaces are not secure enough.
11. Do your inflatables comply with safety regulations?
Yes! All our inflatables are:
✅ Regularly safety inspected (EN14960 compliant)
✅ Fully insured with public liability cover up to £10 million
✅ Cleaned and sanitized after every hire

12. How long does setup and pack-away take?
⏳ Standard inflatables: 20 minutes setup and pack-away time.
⏳ Large inflatable packages: 60 minutes setup time.
For large event bookings, please allow extra time for setup and safety briefings.
