Booking Terms

To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 30% is required for any inflatable reservation made online. Deposits are rounded to the nearest five pounds at checkout. Once your booking is complete and the deposit is paid, your chosen services and preferred date are reserved. A secure payment link will be provided upon completing the booking form, so please make payment before the session times out.

The remaining balance is due at least 1 week before your booking date. A secure payment link for this balance will be included in your confirmation email.

Amendments & Cancellations

You may make amendments or cancellations free of charge within 48 hours of booking. After this period, Some amendments may not be possible due to other bookings. For further details, please see our terms of business documentation.

Please make sure you check your spam folder in your emails after booking with us just in case our emails land in there.

By completing a booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

• All inflatable booking will include Blowers, Mats, Pegs and Extension leads where needed.

• Please allow about 60-90 minutes for set up and 60-90 minutes to pack away.

• Easy Vehicle access is a must.

• We have Full Public Liability Insurance - £5,000,000

• All of our electrical equipment is PAT Tested for safety

• All Our Castles are PIPA Tested for safety
